What we hold, why we hold it, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect

Only what an enquiry needs: your name, how to reach you, who is travelling, your dates, and anything you choose to tell us about how you like to travel. If you book we also need passport details and any dietary or medical information relevant to your arrangements.

What we do with it

We use it to plan and run your journey, and to pass the minimum necessary to the hotels, airlines and guides involved. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details for two years. Booking records for seven, because Indian tax law requires it. Passport scans are deleted within ninety days of your journey ending.

Your rights

Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. No form, no fee.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If we later add analytics we will say so here first and ask before setting anything.
